How to Get Started

1      Register your organization as an ELDP Operator under the name of your authorized officer at ADTProgram.com.

2      Complete the ELDP Operator Certification Test

3      Register the driver candidate that you want to get approved - Even if they have NO prior driving experience!

4      Have the driver candidate complete the 3-Step Certification Process and submit their Certificate of Completion to the terminal.
